Pres Guy is a dedicated mortgage lender on Team Lending by Design with American Security Mortgage Corporation (ASMC), known for his premier communication, transparency, and creative loan structuring across all loan types. He takes a personalized approach with every client, making sure they fully understand their options and feel confident throughout the mortgage process — whether they’re using a conventional, FHA, VA, or other loan program.

Pres believes the mortgage experience should feel supportive, educational, and empowering. His goal is to “handhold” buyers through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives while creating the most advantageous loan strategy for both their short-term and long-term goals.

Outside of work, Pres is a proud husband to his wife Karis and dad to his daughter Spencer and son West. Family is everything to him, and when he’s not helping buyers, you’ll usually find him spending time with them and watching sports.
