Richard Insignares

I come from a Latin background and was raised between Florida and North Carolina, an experience that gave me early exposure to two very different communities, lifestyles, and housing markets. Growing up bilingual and bicultural taught me the importance of clear communication, adaptability, and connection. It also meant being surrounded by strong family values, hard work, and a deep sense of community, these principles continue to guide how I serve my clients today.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent five years with Starbucks, where I built my foundation in customer service, consistency, and relationship management, especially towards the Spanish community that was prominent in my area. I was repeatedly encouraged to pursue store management, but I intentionally remained in a barista role to maintain flexibility for community projects. Many days meant finishing a shift and heading straight into volunteer and outreach work, that reinforced discipline, time management, and genuine care for people. Along the way, I was recognized for multiple awards including the eyecatching black apron through the Starbucks Coffee Master Program.

Learning about my community, local area and my moral desire to help others led me to real estate. I’ve seen firsthand how hardworking individuals and families which often are navigating new systems or unfamiliar markets work tirelessly to build stability and opportunity for future generations. For the past year, I’ve been deeply engaged in my community, connecting through conversations over coffee, phone calls, and face-to-face guidance. I take a personal, hands-on approach with every client, focusing on clear communication, education, and trust. My goal is not simply to close a transaction, but to serve as a reliable partner and long-term resource throughout every stage of the real estate journey (Coffee knowledge included too).
